OFFICE MANAGER

We are small business but we are passionate about our growth. We have a fun and upbeat environment but we also work hard and wear multiple hats to get the job done. We need someone who will grow with us and be the glue that keeps the team together.

 

Areas of Responsibilities:

  1. Day to day operations and administration of a small business, including customer service
  2. Bookkeeping: Client Billing (A/R), Vendor Relations (A/P), Banking, Payroll, Control of Budgets
  3. Financial Analysis, Reports and Recommendations
  4. HR: Staffing and Training
  5. Office policies and procedures, process improvement
  6. Conducting meetings, writing minutes, reporting to management to review office performance
  7. Support other managers in the company as needed
  8. Office Supplies, Meetings, other administrative duties

 

Requirements:

  1. College Degree Preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  2. Team player with strong leadership skills and at least 3-5 Years Relevant experience
  3. High Integrity and Ethical Standards
  4. Self motivated, Positive attitude, and excellent people skills
  5. Highly Organized, Detail Oriented and Thrives in Multi Tasking Environment
  6. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  7. Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  8. Confident with IT and Other Software Packages
