ORDERS/DESIGNS
How do I place a custom order?
There are three ways to do this:
1) CREATE YOUR OWN LOOK! Check out our new DRAFT BOARD to design your own uniforms! Click on a sports uniform category, pick a uniform you like, then add your own color scheme, logos, team name and preferred fonts and lettering lay-out. You create the look you want! You can even order & pay for it right online!
2) EMAIL YOUR OWN DESIGN to orders@allensportswear.com.
3) REPLICATE AND RECREATE. Find an existing uniform that you like and let us know you would like to replicate it with your team name. (Note: Allen Sportswear will not copy any trademarked logos or copyrighted material).
Is there anything else I need to know about ordering custom uniforms?
It is good to order 1-3 extra uniforms in case you have additional players or if you intend to use the same uniforms for the next few years.
Can I request for one of your product samples?
Most often our clients find that the product photos in the website are clear enough to see the caliber of our uniforms. Should you need samples to present to the whole league or an approving body, please call us at 1877 MY ALLEN (692-5536) to inquire about product sample availability.
Can I request for a sample of my actual order?
For medium to large orders, it is our policy to make a Production Sample first and then we email you a digital picture for your approval. If you need us to mail you the actual product, please allow more time for production and delivery of your full order.
What are the things I need to complete an order?
You would need your team name, player names; player numbers (optional), sizes, and other special requests (longer inseams, etc).
Can I get help if I am not sure of the design I want?
We devote a lot of time in helping all of our clients find, modify, or design their own uniforms. Please call us at 1877 MY ALLEN (692-5536) and let us know what is on your mind, and we will work fast on submitting several design options you can choose from.
What kind of files do you accept?
We can accept jpg, bmp, pdf, psd, gif and tiff files for pictures
What is the minimum order quantity?
For uniform sets (top and bottom) - 10
For tops only or bottoms only – 20
How can I check the status of my order?
You can inquire via email at tracking@allensportswear.com or call us at 1877 MY-ALLEN. If the order has already been shipped you will be emailed the tracking number.
PRODUCTS/FONTS/FABRICS/SIZES
What is “professional quality” and how is it different from other uniforms?
Professional Quality is a term used to describe uniforms that are at par with collegiate and semi-pro league uniforms. Fabrics used are of high quality, Designs are more detailed, and Lettering is meticulously sewn on for style and durability.
Why are Allen Sportswear products affordable even if it is “professional quality”?
Because we own our own factory and have good relationships with business partners and suppliers of high grade materials, we are able to manage our costs to provide team uniforms at a very affordable level, yet ensuring the delivery of pro quality uniforms.
Should I choose sewn on letters or printed letters?
Either way you are guaranteed a superior looking uniform. Most athletes prefer “sewn on” because of the professional look it is associated with. Printing gives more freedom for complicated designs and is better for reversible jerseys because it is lighter to wear.
Will printed letters crack or fall off?
We do use a high quality printing method and we have not had any complaints about paint cracking or falling off.
What kind of fabrics can I choose from?
We have a wide variety of fabrics including the most popular for professional athletic wear like Dazzle, Pro Mesh, Shiny, Semi-cool, Air-Cool and Micro mesh. We also use cotton (for warms ups and baseball), and satin for other uniforms. We continuously update our fabric selections by offering the newest material in terms of trend and technology.
What kind of fabric should I choose?
For basketball and football, most people prefer dazzle or NBA mesh (high quality fabric with air-holes). Some use a combination. For football “shiny” is often used because of it is less prone to “runs” and tears”, or double dazzle shoulders with a combination of heavy mesh. For baseball, cotton is widely used. For other sports, Dazzle, heavy Mesh and Shiny are your best bets. For practice jerseys, semi-cool is usually preferred.
Can I request for samples of the fabric?

What kind of fonts can I choose from?
We continually update our database of Popular Sports Fonts, from the traditional to the newest trend. You can view them at www.allensportswear.com/fonts.php If you like something else that you don’t see in our website, we have more than a hundred other fonts that are available upon request.
What’s the difference between tackle twill and printed?
Tackle twill is better known as “sewn on” lettering wherein letters and numbers made of polyester are cut and meticulously sewn on the garment.
Screen Printed is heated on to the uniform and is good for detailed artwork and for reversible uniforms.
What kind of sizes do you use?
We use a widely accepted Sizes Chart for American Sports Apparel. View it online at www.allensportswear.com/sizes.php. Sizes include Youth Small, Youth Medium, Youth Large, Youth XL, Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large, Adult XL, and Adult 2XL. Larger sizes up to 7XL are available upon request for a small surcharge.
How should I choose my size?
Our size chart defines the actual garment measurements for each size. For example, if you have a chest measuring 42”, we give you the freedom to choose your “allowance”. You might want a Men’s Large with Chest 48” for a 6” allowance or Men’s XL Chest 50” for an 8” allowance, and so on, depending on how loose you want the jersey to be.
Can I request for bigger than standard sizes like 4XL and 5XL?
Yes, we go all the way up to 7XL on our regular size chart.
Can I request for longer inseams or sleeve lengths?
Yes we can accommodate requests for longer inseams (shorts length) or sleeve length; be sure to include this in your order form.
DELIVERY TIME
What is your delivery time?
Your custom-made uniforms should arrive 4 to 6 weeks from your order date. Please call Allen sportswear for very large orders since they may take extra time.
How soon will it take for my order to be processed?
Instantly if you have a final design and approved payment, and within as little as two hours if you need help finding a design that you like. It is really all up to you and how soon you want to get it started.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders, or custom orders needed in less than four weeks may be accepted from time to time, depending on our production capacity. Please call us and we will be very glad to assist you.
PRICING/PAYMENTS
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by check or money order, school purchase order, bank wire or via credit card by fax.
What are your payment terms?
After you approve the Sales Order with final design and specs, payment must be made immediately to process all orders. For big orders ($3000 or more), you can call us to request partial payment to start order.
Do you sell wholesale to dealers?
Yes, if you would like to inquire about our dealer prices please email us at distributors@allensportswear.com or call us at 1 877 MY Allen with your name, phone number, location, quantities that you need and the design. You will need to fill out a short Confidential Qualification Form to be able to access our Dealer Pricing.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes, Depending on the quantity of the order we offer discounts of up to 30% off our regular price. Our regular price is already at least 20% less than competitive products.
Do you offer discounts to certain organizations?
Yes, we offer discounts to schools, non profits and leagues that we have contracts with. We are also open to developing special pricing programs for new leagues that may want to order as a whole or at least order for 2 or more teams.
How else can we avail of discounts?
Ordering in large quantities substantially brings the cost down (up to 30%). We also offer special pricing for a team that introduces us to their league, i.e. referring us to other teams or to the league administration to explore sponsorship agreements. Ordering ahead of time (6-8 weeks) may also lower your prices.
What is your return policy?
Because these uniforms are custom made, we can not accept returns or offer refunds. If however a defect is discovered, we will replace the uniform free of charge. Notification of the defect needs to be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Pictures may be required for verification purposes. If the defect is minor please call Allen sportswear to discuss how to best fix the problem.

How can I become a distributor of your company?

Do I have to be actively involved in sports or athletic organizations to become a distributor?
Although we do desire to have affiliates that are actively involved in leagues as players, coaches, referees or volunteers, we recognize that some of the most successful distributors are retail or promotional products companies that are focused on selling. We accept all applications and evaluate each on a case to case basis. We provide all of our approved affiliates every management and product support necessary to set them up for success.

Where do you manufacture your products?
The Philippines is known for products painstakingly handcrafted with precision. Like most worldwide big brand sports apparel companies, we have chosen to make our products in the Philippines to ensure AFFORDABILITY without compromising our HIGH STANDARDS FOR QUALITY.
]How are you able to ensure that product quality and order accuracy is maintained?
Our business revolves around you, and so do our business processes. Prior to production we get your approval via an actual graphic design or an actual sample of your product. This is followed to a T by our expert production crew. We have highly trained QUALITY CONTROL MANAGERS who check that design, sizing, and all product specs are done exactly as you have approved. These are all made possible because we have real time FACTORY DIRECT COMMUNICATION.
Am I guaranteed speedy delivery?
We have faster turn around times than most local companies. We work with two of the biggest freight companies in the world and we are guaranteed delivery date when your order is shipped, barring fortuitous events or circumstances beyond the freight company’s control.
