Size Chart

We make them all, big and small!

Our size chart defines the actual garment measurements for each size. Use your own body measurement and add the allowance you are comfortable with.

For example, if your chest measures 42", you may choose a Basketball Men's Large with Chest 48" for a 6" allowance, or you may choose a Men's XL with Chest 50" for an 8" allowance, and so on, depending on how loose you want your jerseys to be.

Pro-style Football Jerseys and Pants (except Flag Football style) are sized to allow room for padding (shoulders, thighs, etc) which makes measurements larger than standard apparel sizes.

Sizes available up to 7XL.

Allen Sportswear Size Charts

We adhere to a widely accepted standard American sizing for our basketball uniforms, football uniforms, baseball uniforms, soccer uniforms, softball uniforms, volleyball uniforms, cheerleading uniforms, and hockey jerseys. Please refer to our charts to make sure you find the size that best fits you.

TIPS IN CHOOSING SIZES:
Measure your actual body size and add an allowance you are comfortable with. Take a measuring tape, stand straight and make sure that the tape lays flat.

Women:

Bust/chest: With your arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, across shoulder blades and under arms. Arms down by side of the body.

Arm length: Measure from the end of the clavicle to the outer fold of the wrist with the arm slightly outstretched and elbow straight. To find the end of the clavicle, feel the bone at the top of the shoulder. Follow this toward the arm until you reach the indentation indicating where the arm and shoulder meet. Measure from this point, down the top of the extended arm with straight elbow, to the outer fold of the wrist, which can be found by bending hand upward, palm down, so that the fingers are trying to point toward the ceiling.

Waistline: wrap the tape so it intersects your navel. Measure the narrowest part of the waist. Keep tape flat, but comfortably loose.

Back Waist Length (BWL): Measure from the tip of the most prominent bone at the base of the neck to the natural waistline

Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor front and back. Approximately 8” below the natural waistline.

Inseam: Stand up straight, and start tape measure from the inside of the leg beginning at the crotch seam down to the leg and desired length. Straighten the tape down the inside of your leg to the (1) top of your shoe/foot (for Pants). Shoes should be worn for to determine proper inseam measurements. (2) Knee or a little above the knee, depending on your preferred length (for shorts).

Skirt length: From the bottom of the waistband to the edge of the skirt, and from the natural waistline to the edge of low rise skirts. Measure in back from the waistline over the backside to desired length on leg. Give length in whole inch increments. The waistband is not included in the skirt length.

Men

Chest: With your arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, across shoulder blades and under arms.

Neck: Measure a shirt collar that fits you well. Button the collar and place the tape's starting point behind the button. Wrap the tape all the way around the inside of the collar until it meets its starting point.

Sleeve Length: With your arms relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from the center back of your neck, over the point of your shoulder, and down the outside of your arm to your wrist.

Waist: To measure your natural waistline, wrap the tape so it intersects your navel. Keep tape flat, but comfortably loose.

Inseam: Stand up straight, and start tape measure high in your crotch. Straighten the tape down the inside of your leg to the (1) top of your shoe/foot.(for full length pants)or (2) top of your knees or your desired length (for shorts)
