We use only pro-quality materials. Our lightweight, strong, moisture-wicking dri-fit fabrics won?t cling to your players? bodies or restrict their motion. Our fully synthetic fabrics are resistant to mildew, creasing, and wrinkling. All of our athletic uniforms are easily washable and quick-drying; everything you expect in professional team sports uniforms.

Screen-Printing
A method of printing comparable to using a stencil. The background design is painted on the screen with printing paste and the dye is printed through the exposed fabric. Different colors require separate screens.
Sublimation
If your ideas and designs are more complex then sublimation might be your answer. Sublimation is the process of transferring the ink into the fabric. This gives you more flexibility for customization and colors. An example of this would be a camouflage uniform or having colors fading from dark to light.
Embroidery
Depending on difficulty, we embroider logo designs manually or digitally. There are minimal fees for each logo design as well as computer disk set up.
Tackle twill
For most of our uniforms, we use twill material for letters and numbers. These arecut and sewn directly onto garments with a zigzag tack down border. Tackle twill lettering and designs are produced using the heaviest, most colorfast twill (the same twill used by Major Leagues) and all lettering and designs are cut in-house. With this capability we have the potential to produce tackle twill designs in almostthe same unlimited variety as in screen-printing and embroidery.
Appliqué
Appliqué designs are created by combining tackle twill and embroidery. Your designis created from tackle twill which is highlighted and/or attached to the garment by stitching with our embroidery machine. The result is a high end, custom made
product that produces a clean and professional look.

GRAPHICS & LETTERING CAPABILITIES

We have developed a good reputation for the quality of our graphics and lettering capabilities. We use only the finest quality inks, threads and twill. We specialize in ?athletic? lettering. We know the look that you want. Player names may be screen-printed or tackle twill sewn on the fabric. All of our lettering is permanent. Our lettering is held to the same strict standards as our uniforms.
Graphics
We have developed a Draft Board with a wide variety of uniform templates for you to choose from on our website so that you can build and design your own uniforms. If, however, you have a specific design that is in picture or jpeg format, we can
customize your uniforms the way you want them.
Should you require graphic design services for the creation of special logo or artwork,we have a number of graphic designers that you can work with, who can implement your ideas in a creative manner yet providing a professional look at a very reasonable cost

We offer both Pro and Classic Draftboards that highlight and display the best of Pro and Classic basketball uniform designs. Pick from a wide range of popular ready-made designs and use them as a base for further customization. Using our Draftboards, you can immediately see how your design will appear on the final uniform.
Customize team sports uniforms with all the colors you could want! Pick between different shoulder designs, such as ½ shoulder, ¾ shoulder, full shoulder, or ribbing back. Does your team want to sport a V-neck, a U-neck, or the Laker style neck? We also offer several styles of ribbing and in a wide array of colors, too. You can also go into as much detail as you want with the lettering, from content, text format, and font.
