By using this site and purchasing products from Allen Sportswear, Inc., you certify that you are an authorized buyer for your team/ company. Further, all the designs and specs are as per your requirement.

You also represent to Allen Sportswear and unconditionally guarantee that you own any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Allen Sportswear for inclusion in the final uniform design or that you have permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Allen Sportswear from any claim or lawsuit arising from the use of such elements furnished by your company.


  • An Order is effective when payment is received, unless it is secured with a valid credit card.
  • For discounted orders, if payment is delinquent and goes through collections,default price will be PLUS 35% of Full Quote Amount and any special offers such as “free shipping” will be cancelled.
  • Allen Sportswear will replace defective products if reported within 3 business days of delivery.

We’ve taken all the necessary precautions to ensure that your shopping experience on allensportswear.com is completely safe. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypts, or encodes your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so this information would be rendered unreadable. These uniforms are custom made, and therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if a defect is discovered (that is contrary to the client’s mock up design and order specifications) within 3 days from receipt of your shipment, we will replace the uniform free of charge.

These instances are extremely rare because our customer care team stays in touch with you each step of the way from the time you place your order by providing you prompt order detail confirmation, package tracking details, and an invoice all sent to your email without any hassle. If it should happen – the defect needs to be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Pictures of the defective item/s will be required for verification purposes. If the defect is minor please call Allen Sportswear and we will readily discuss how the problem can be addressed.

Allen Sportswear will pay all Fedex return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid Fedex label to return the defective item/s to us and replace them within the same standard custom order turn around time of 5-6 weeks.
