Allen Sportswear Inc. (“Allen Sportswear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates allensportswear.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We design and manufacture custom athletic uniforms for school programs, recreational leagues, AAU teams, and similar organizations.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways.
Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, or use our uniform builder, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, team or organization name, sport and quantity, and any design notes or files. If you save a design in our builder before submitting a quote, we receive a link to that design.
Usage information collected through analytics services. When you use the Site, our analytics providers collect information about which pages you visit, your device type, and how you navigate the Site. This information is collected through standard browser cookies and does not include your name or contact details unless you also submit a quote form.
We do not use advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tags, or similar) on the Site at this time.
We do not collect payment card numbers through our website. Payment details are handled separately when an order is confirmed.
3. Analytics
We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., US) for site analytics. PostHog collects information about pages visited, which features you interact with, and how the Site is used overall. PostHog does not receive your name, email, or phone number.
We use session replay through our analytics provider to understand how visits move through the site so we can fix what is confusing.
We also use Google Analytics (Google LLC, US) for traffic reporting; see policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Cookies
We use cookies to make the Site work and to collect the usage information described in Section 2. Strictly necessary cookies support form submission and page function. Analytics cookies (set by PostHog and Google Analytics) track your session across pages so we can understand aggregate site behavior. If you log in to a customer account, WordPress sets session cookies to keep you signed in.
We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will interfere with form submissions.
5. SMS (Text Message) Communications
When you provide your phone number in our quote form, you may receive transactional text messages about your quote or order.
By providing your phone number and submitting the form, you consent to receive those text messages.
- Message frequency: 1 to 3 messages per inquiry or active order, based on order activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of SMS does not affect email communication or your ability to work with our sales team.
We use Twilio (Twilio Inc., US) to send text messages. Twilio has access to your phone number for delivery purposes only.
6. How We Share Your Information
We don’t sell your information. Ever.
We share information only with the service providers who help us run our business: things like web hosting, email, and analytics. They can only use it to do work for us.
We never sell your personal information, and we never give it to anyone else to market their own products to you. Your phone number and your SMS opt-in stay with us; they are never shared with third parties for marketing. The only people who see your information are the ones who need it to get your quote and your order to you.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Allen Sportswear or others, or in connection with a sale or merger of the company.
7. Data Retention
We keep your contact information in Salesforce for the life of our business relationship to support reorders and reference your prior designs. Form intake logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Analytics data is retained per each provider’s standard settings.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
8. Your Rights and Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. To make a request, contact us at:

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To opt out of SMS, reply STOP.
California residents. We do not sell personal information. Under the CCPA, California residents may request to know what information we hold about them and to request deletion. Contact us as described above.
9. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed to children under 13. When a coach or program administrator submits a quote for a youth team, they are the person we communicate with. We do not collect information about individual young athletes.
10. Security
Form submissions travel over HTTPS. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam protection; for details on how Turnstile handles request data, see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Our intake system routes through Cloudflare before reaching Salesforce, providing an additional layer between the public form and our CRM. Access to lead records in Salesforce is restricted to Allen Sportswear staff.
No internet transmission is 100% secure. If you have concerns, contact us at the address in Section 8.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted means you accept the revised policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
