Size Charts
Our size chart defines the garment’s actual measurements for each size. What that means is that if your chest measures 42 inches round, and you select a uniform whose chest measurement is also 42 inches, that is going to be one tight fit! Take your own body measurements and add the allowances you need to be comfortable in your uniform.
- For example, if your chest measures 42″, you may choose a Basketball Men’s Large jersey. It has a Chest measurement of 48″ giving you a 6″ allowance on the chest. You may opt for the Men’s XL with Chest 50″ for an 8″ allowance, and so on, depending on how loose you want your jerseys to be.
- Pro-style Football Jerseys and Pants (except Flag Football style) are sized to allow room for padding (shoulders, thighs, etc) and this is why these products have measurements that are larger than standard apparel sizes.
- Sizes available up to 7XL.

Sizing Tips
Women:
- Bust/chest:
With your arms hanging a few inches away from your torso, measure around the fullest part of your chest under the arms.
- Shoulder width:
Measure from the tip of one shoulder and arm, toward the base of the back of neck, and continue toward the opposite shoulder tip.
- Arm length:
Measure from the end of the clavicle to the outer fold of the wrist with the arm slightly outstretched and elbow straight. To find the end of the clavicle, feel the bone at the top of the shoulder. Follow this toward the arm until you reach the indentation indicating where the arm and shoulder meet. Measure from this point, down the top of the extended arm with straight elbow, to the outer fold of the wrist, which can be found by bending hand upward, palm down, so that the fingers are trying to point toward the ceiling.
- Waistline:
Wrap the tape so it intersects your navel. Measure the narrowest part of the waist. Keep tape flat, but comfortably loose.
- Back Waist Length (BWL):
Measure from the tip of the most prominent bone at the base of the neck to the natural waistline
- Jersey Length:
Measure from the base of the back of the neck to end longest end of the jersey.
- Hips:
Stand with your heels together and measure the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor front and back. The hips level is approximately 8? below the natural waistline.
- Inseam:
Stand tall, and start the tape measure from the inside of the leg beginning at the crotch seam, down the leg to your desired length. Straighten the tape down the inside of your leg to the (1) top of your shoe/foot (for Pants). Shoes should be worn for to determine proper inseam measurements. (2) Knee or a little above the knee, depending on your preferred length (for shorts).
Men
- Chest:
With your arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, by crossing the shoulder blades at the back, reaching under the arms and meeting up in front.
- Shoulder width:
Measure from the tip of one shoulder and arm, toward the base of the back of neck, and continue toward the opposite shoulder tip.
- Neck:
Measure the length of a shirt collar that fits you well. Button the collar and place the tape’s starting point behind the button. Wrap the tape all the way around the inside of the collar until it meets its starting point.
- Jersey Length:
Measure from the base of the back of the neck to end longest end of the jersey.
- Sleeve Length:
With your arms relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from the center back of your neck, over the point of your shoulder, and down the outside of your arm to your wrist
- Waist:
To measure your natural waistline, wrap the tape so it intersects your navel. Keep tape flat, but comfortably loose
- Inseam:
Stand tall, and start the tape measure from the inside of the leg beginning at the crotch seam, down the leg to the desired length. Straighten the tape down the inside of your leg to the (1) top of your shoe/foot (for Pants). Shoes should be worn for to determine proper inseam measurements. (2) Knee or a little above the knee, depending on your preferred length (for shorts).
