Ordering

How do I start a custom uniform order?

The easiest way is to open the Allen Draftboard, pick a design for your sport, drop in your team colors and name, and save it. Your rep gets the saved design and contacts you to confirm specs, pricing, and timeline. You can also call us at (407) 641-4900 or email sales@allensportswear.com, and we will walk you through the whole process.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 8 uniform sets.

What information do I need to complete an order?

Have your team name, player names (if applicable), player numbers (optional), sizes for every player, and any special requests such as longer inseams ready. The more complete your roster, the faster your order moves.

Can I order beyond my exact roster count?

Yes, and many repeat customers do. Ordering a few extra sets covers new players joining the team mid-season or re-ordering in future years without re-tooling the design.

Can I get help if I am not sure what design I want?

Absolutely. Call us at (407) 641-4900 or email us. Within one business day we will have several design options for you to look at.

Can I replicate an existing uniform design?

Yes. If you have a uniform you like and want your team’s details on it, our in-house designer can recreate it. Note: we will not copy trademarked logos or copyrighted material without proper authorization.

How do I check my order status?

Email sales@allensportswear.com or call (407) 641-4900. Once your order ships, we will send you the tracking number.

Samples and Files

Can I request a product sample before I order?

Call us at (407) 641-4900 to ask about sample availability. Sample availability varies by product and time of year.

Do you produce a sample of my actual order before the full run?

For medium to large orders we produce a production sample first and email you photos for approval. If you need a physical garment shipped to you, let us know and we will factor that into your timeline.

What logo file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, BMP, PDF, PSD, GIF, and TIFF. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) give the cleanest result at any print size. If you only have a raster file, send it and our in-house designer will work with it.

Quality and Production

What does “professional quality” mean?

It means fabrics and construction at the level of collegiate and semi-pro uniforms: high-quality materials, detailed designs, and lettering that is meticulously applied for both appearance and durability.

How are names, numbers, and graphics applied?

Every Allen uniform is fully sublimated as standard, which means your design, names, and numbers are printed directly into the fabric so they will not crack, peel, or fade. Our Pro upgrade adds tackle twill: letters and numbers cut from twill and sewn onto the garment, the look most associated with professional and collegiate uniforms. You can have sublimated, sewn tackle twill, or both on the same uniform.

What fabrics are available?

Our standard fabric is Stride Lite, Allen’s own poly-spandex performance knit. We make it the default because it is a genuine upgrade over classic athletic fabrics: four-way stretch that moves with the player, plus moisture-wicking and breathability that the plain 100% polyester used on generic stock uniforms cannot match. Because we are a custom manufacturer, the full range is still available, including Dri-Fit, Pro Mesh, and other classic fabrics. We lead with Stride Lite because it is simply a better fabric, but if you need a specific material, tell your rep and we will build with it.

Can I request fabric swatches?

Yes. Email sales@allensportswear.com or call us and we can discuss what is available.

What fonts are available for names and numbers?

Our Draftboard has a full library of popular sports fonts built in. Need something outside that library? Our in-house designer can match anything: any font, any design, even hand-drawn art. Just send it to your rep.

Turnaround and Rush Orders

How long does production take?

Most orders ship in 3 to 4 weeks from the time your design is approved and payment clears. This is a typical range. Actual timeline depends on order size and current production volume.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders needed in less than 4 weeks may be possible depending on current production capacity. Call us and we will tell you what we can do.

How fast is delivery once my order ships?

We use major freight carriers and can confirm delivery dates at the time of your order. Delivery timing is subject to carrier conditions outside our control.

Sizing

What sizes do you carry?

Most products run Youth XS through Adult 4XL. Larger sizes up to 7XL are available upon request. See our size charts for detailed measurements by sport.

How should I choose a size?

Our size charts list actual garment measurements. Compare them against the player’s body measurements and add the allowance you want. A player with a 42″ chest might choose an adult Large (48″ chest) for a 6″ allowance, or an adult XL (50″ chest) for more room. It depends on how loose or fitted your team prefers their jerseys.

Can I order bigger than standard sizes, like 4XL or 5XL?

Yes. We can go up to 7XL on our regular size chart. Contact us for availability and any applicable surcharge.

Can I request custom inseams or sleeve lengths?

Yes. Include the custom measurement on your order form and we will cut to your spec.

Payment and Discounts

How do I pay?

We accept credit card, check, money order, school purchase order, and bank wire. Your rep will walk you through the options when you approve your order.

What are the payment terms?

Payment is due when you approve your Sales Order. For larger orders, a partial payment arrangement to start production may be available. Ask your rep.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a 10% military discount, verified with valid service ID at quote time. For large team or program orders, ask your rep about team pricing. We also appreciate referrals: if you introduce us to your league or other teams, we are happy to talk about how we can thank you.

Returns and Defects

What is your return policy?

Because uniforms are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive a defective item, flag it within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge. Photos of the defect may be required.

Distributor Program

How do I become an Allen distributor?

Email sales@allensportswear.com or call us and let us know you are interested. We evaluate all applications and provide approved affiliates with full product and management support.

Do I need to be involved in sports to become a distributor?

Not necessarily. While many of our most successful distributors are active in leagues as coaches, referees, or volunteers, others come from retail or promotional products backgrounds. We look at each application on its own merits.

Why Allen

What makes Allen uniforms better?

We own our own factory, so we control production from beginning to end. No shortcuts. Our designs are created by our in-house designer and refined over more than 20 years in the field. Our personal service means you have one rep who knows your team and stays with your order from design to delivery.

Why should I choose Allen Sportswear?

Most coaches are won over when they see the finished uniform. What keeps them coming back year after year is the personal service: a rep who knows them, pricing that is honest, and a designer who will keep working until the uniform looks exactly right. We have been at this since 2004. We are a family business, and we treat every order like it matters.
