The Process

Here’s what happens when you work with us.

No mystery. No waiting to find out what the process is. Here is every step: what you do, what we do, and what you never have to think about.

Phase 1 · Design · Day 1

Tell us who your team is.

You start by describing your program: your sport, your colors, your mascot, the feeling you want. Our team builds your first design concepts and a quote, fast. Not templates. Not “pick a colorway.” Actual concepts for your specific program.

Share them. With your assistant coach, your parents group, your athletic director, your players. Get the input you need. Come back with changes. Nothing is locked until you say so.

What you need

Your sport. Your colors. A logo if you have one. Your season start date.

What we do

Build your first concepts. Flag anything that looks off. Wait for you to be ready.

Phase 2 · Yours · Days 2-5

A real person takes over.

Once you are ready to move forward, your rep is assigned. They know everything from your first design session: your colors, your timeline, your approximate roster size.

They send you a full design proof. Every detail: player names, numbers, logo placement, colors confirmed. You review it. They answer questions. Nothing goes to production until you sign off in writing. If something looks wrong, they catch it first. That is the job.

What you need

Your roster: names, numbers, sizes. A spreadsheet works fine.

What we do

Build your proof. Proofread everything. Wait for your approval.

Phase 3 · Production · 3 to 4 weeks

You go back to coaching.

Your order is in production. Your rep monitors it. If anything comes up, a material question, a production issue, they handle it and tell you what happened. You do not chase updates. You get them.

Phase 4 · Game Day and Beyond

They arrive right. And we’re already thinking about next season.

Your uniforms arrive. Your rep confirms everything landed correctly. If something is not right, we make it right. Your design stays on file. Your program is known to us. Next season is faster.

Standard

3 to 4 weeks* from the day you approve your design. *Large or high-volume orders may run 4 to 6 weeks. Rush options are sometimes available depending on season and production. Ask your rep.

Ask us. We will tell you honestly what is possible.

Reorders

Faster. Your design and roster are already on file.

Common questions

What if I don’t have a logo?

We work with what you have: a photo, a screenshot, a sketch. Our team cleans it up. If you need something built from scratch, ask.

What if a player is added after I’ve ordered?

Tell your rep immediately. We will tell you honestly what is possible depending on where production is. We will not promise what we cannot deliver.

Do you work with schools and purchase orders?

Yes. We understand school procurement. Purchase orders are accepted for qualifying institutions.

What if something arrives wrong?

If it is our error, we fix it. That is not a policy, it is how we operate.

What sports do you do?

Basketball, football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, softball, cheerleading, and flag football. Ask us about anything else, we may surprise you.
